Baker Tank originally offered it to any takers when the city of Overton said they would like to have it. Out of courtesy, they gave Arp the first right of refusal.

Arp indicated they would like to have it back. So the last I heard Baker Tank is waiting to see if the city of Arp can get the funds to do anything with it.
