"After the Cotton Belt moved in to the SP depot, it was used by Quaker Oats as an office. It is now owned and well maintained, I believe, by Washington Iron Works or the individual who owns WIW.
It is located adjacent to the ex-SLSF (BNSF) line through Sherman. All the Cotton Belt rails in the immediate area have been removed."
