City owns depot and surrounding nine acres along ROW. Renovations currently underway. Will be new home of RR and Pioneer Museum, local bus/transit offices and the Amtrak station (Four trains per week).

The adjacent Santa Fe gardens will be restored to the original english garden theme. This project is the cornerstone of the downtown revitalization program currently underway
