It is the Waco and Northwestern Depot built in 1872. It is thought to be the oldest depot in Texas on its original location. It was absorbed by the Houston and Texas Central, then Southern Pacific, and unfortunately the Union Pacific which wants it demolished. It is still standing as far as I know.

The location is near Lake Brazos Drive and Elm Street in East Waco.
